Introduction to KL512 nitrogen blower:
The rapid detection technology for multiple pesticide residues (MRSM) is an agricultural science and technology project organized and implemented by the Environmental Protection Institute and the Environmental Monitoring Station of the Ministry of Agriculture. It has the characteristics of speed, sensitivity, accuracy, low cost, and wide range of applications, and is widely used for the detection of unknown, multi class, and multiple pesticide residues in various vegetables and fruits. This technology adopts solid-phase extraction pretreatment technology instead of traditional liquid-liquid extraction and chromatography technology, which enables the rapid separation and purification of unknown multi class and multiple pesticide residues contained in the sample. It uses a nitrogen blower instead of the commonly used rotary evaporator for concentration, greatly reducing the analysis time. The sample treated once is detected by dual capillary columns and dual detectors - gas chromatography and high performance liquid chromatography, while qualitative and quantitative detection is carried out simultaneously.

Main features:
KL512 nitrogen blowing instrument is a new type of nitrogen blowing instrument developed by our company in response to the actual needs of domestic users, keeping up with international nitrogen blowing instrument manufacturing technology. It consists of a chassis, a center pole, a sample positioning frame, a valve system, etc. The test tube is fixed by a positioning frame spring and a tray, and the sample grade is labeled with a number. The gas passes through an adjustable flow meter to the gas distribution system, and then through an elastic hose to various grade needle valves. The needle valves can be adjusted up and down according to the size of the test tube and the amount of solvent. Finally, the gas is blown towards the surface of the solution by the needle, causing the solvent to evaporate rapidly.
